منصوبے کیلئے خریدے گئے کمپیوٹر اور دیگر سامان غائب ہو چکا ہے۔ ایگزیکٹو ڈائریکٹر پمز نے تحقیقات کیلئے معاملہ ایف آئی اے کو بھجوانے کی سفارش کی ہے۔
وزارت انفارمیشن ٹیکنالوجی کے منصوبوں کی انٹرنل آڈٹ رپورٹ میں کے مطابق پمز چلڈرن اسپتال میں آئی نظام کی تنصیب کا منصوبہ 2008-09 میں بنایا گیا جو دو سال میں مکمل ہونا تھا لیکن 2013 تک منصوبہ مکمل نہیں کیا گیا۔ منصوبے کیلئے سرور۔ 160 کمپیوٹر۔ 84 پرنٹرز،5 لیپ ٹاپ،۔161 یو پی ایس سمیت دیگر اشیاء کی خریداری، عملے کی تربیت کی جانا تھی۔
آڈٹ رپورٹ میں منصوبے کی لاگت میں اضافے کی وجوہات طلب کی گئی ہیں اور کہا گیا کہ سافٹ ویئر کی خردیاری میں قواعد کی خلاف ورزی کی گئی جبکہ بعض لیپ ٹاپ اور کمپیوٹر اسپتال میں موجود نہیں۔
