بھارت پھر مکر گیا۔۔۔ وزرائے خارجہ ملاقات منسوخ
اسلام آباد۔ بھارت نے پاک بھارت وزرائے خارجہ کے درمیان نیویارک میں 27 ستمبر کو ہونے والی ملاقات منسوخ کر دی ہے۔
بھارتی وزارت خارجہ نے مقبوضہ کشمیر میں بی ایس ایف اہلکاروں کی ہلاکت کا ملبہ پاکستان پر ڈال کر وزرائے خارجہ ملاقات منسوخ کی۔
بھارتی میڈیا کے مطابق وزارت خارجہ کے ترجمان رویش کمار کی جانب سے جاری بیان میں کہا گیا ہے کہ ‘عمران خان کی جانب سے خط کے بعد بھارت سمجھا تھا کہ تعلقات بہتری کے بارے میں پاکستان مثبت سمت کی جانب گامزن ہے لیکن ایسا محسوس ہوتا ہے کہ ان کی پیش کش کے پیچھے غلط ارادے تھے’۔
وزیر خارجہ شاہ محمود قریشی نے ملاقات منسوخی پرحیرت اورافسوس کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ دونوں ملکوں کے پاس یہ ایک موقع تھا جسے بھارت نے ضائع کردیا۔ پاکستان خطے میں بہتری کا خواہشمند ہے لیکن لگتا ہے کہ بھارت کی ترجیحات ہی اور ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ دہائیوں سے الجھے مسائل کو سلجھانے کی ضرورت ہے، پاکستان کا رویہ مثبت ہے لیکن افسوس بھارت سیاست سے نہیں نکل پا رہا۔
شاہ محمود قریشی نے کہا کہ پاکستان خطے میں امن و استحکام چاہتا ہے۔ بھارت کے پاکستان میں دہشت گردی میں ملوث ہونے کے ٹھوس ثبوت کے باوجود مذاکرات کی جانب پیش قدمی کی، اب بھی کہتے ہیں بھارت ایک قدم آگے بڑھے، ہم دو قدم بڑھیں گے کیونکہ مسائل کا حل مل بیٹھ کر بات کرنے میں ہی ہے۔
شاہ محمود قریشی نے واضح کیا ہے کہ مذاکرات ہوں گے تو باوقار طریقے سے ہوں گے، اگر بھارت کو مذاکرات کی جلدی نہیں ہے تو پاکستان بھی کوئی عجلت کا مظاہرہ نہیں کرے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ لیڈر شپ کا کام معاملات کو سلجھانا ہوتا ہے، اگر بھارت اپنی پرانی سوچ کی قید میں جکڑا رہے گا تو غربت کی لکیر کے نيچے کروڑوں لوگوں کے مسائل کون حل کرے گا۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ منہ چرانے اور آنکھیں بند کرنے سے مسائل حل نہيں ہوتے بلکہ مسائل مل بیٹھ کر بات چیت کے ذریعے حل ہوتے ہیں۔
