نائیجیریا میں چینی بحری جہاز کے عملے کو قزاقوں نے بھاری تاوان کی ادائیگی کے بعد رہا کردیا
عالمی خبر رساں ادارے کے مطابق نائیجیریا میں فروری کے پہلے ہفتے میں مچھلی کا شکار کرنے والے چین کے بحری جہاز پر قزاقوں نے حملہ کرکے عملے کے 14 ارکان کو اغوا کرکے جہاز کو ایک جزیرے پر چھوڑ دیا تھا۔ایک ماہ تک قزاقوں اور نائیجیریا کی حکومت کے درمیان جاری رہنے والے مذاکرات کے بعد آج مغویوں کو 3 لاکھ امریکی ڈالر کے عوض رہا کردیا گیا۔
بحری جہاز کے مغویوں میں 6 چین، 3 انڈونیشیا، 4 نائیجیریا اور ایک گبون کا شہری شامل تھا۔نائیجیریا کی فوج کے ترجمان لیفٹیننٹ کرنل محمد یحییٰ نے بتایا کہ تاوان کی ادائیگی کے بعد قزاقوں نے جہاز کے رہا کیے گئے عملے کو چینی ماہی گیری کی کشتی کے ذریعے واپس بھیج دیا۔
واضح رہے کہ خلیج گیانا میں بحری جہازوں کے عملے کے اغوا برائے تاوان کی وارداتیں عام ہوگئی ہیں بالخصوص سینیگال سے انگولا جانے والے بحری راستہ غیرمحفوظ ہوگیا ہے۔
