کاتالونیا میں کمپنیوں، آتونومو والوں کیلئے نئی امدادی رقم لینے کی گائیڈ لائنز جاری
سپین کے صوبے کاتالونیا کی حکومت نے مالی خسارے کا شکار کمپنیوں، چھوٹے کاروباری افراد اور فری لانسرز کے لئے 99 کروڑ یوروز سے زائد کے امدادی پیکج کی رقم وصولی کیلئے رہنما اصول و شرائط جاری کر دیئے ہیں۔
کاتالونیا کی صوبائی حکومت کی جانب سے کمپنیوں، چھوٹے کاروباری افراد، فری لانسرز کے لئے امدادی پیکج (آیودا) کا اعلان کیاتھا، جس کے تحت مالی مشکلات کا شکار کاروباری برادری کو ریلیف فراہم کرنے کے لیے 99 کروڑ33 لاکھ یورو کی رقم تقسیم کی جائے گی، حکومت نے مدد اپلائی کرنے کیلئے گائیڈ لائن جاری کردی۔
گائیڈ لائنز کے مطابق یہ رقم کاتالونیا میں موجود 1 لاکھ 89 ہزار861 کمپنیوں اور آتونومو کے حامل افراد میں تقسیم کی جائے گی۔امدادی رقم حاصل کرنے کے لئے دو بنیادی شرائط رکھی گئی ہیں، جن میں سے ایک کمپنیوں کہ یہ ثابت کرنا ہوگا کہ ان کی 2020 کی مجموعی آمدن میں 2019 کے مقابلے میں 30 فیصد یا اس سے زائد کمی ہوئی اور اس کی وجوہات کیا تھیں۔
جنرلیتات کی جانب سے اس بات کی وضاحت نہیں کی گئی کہ جو کمپنیاں یکم جنوری 2020 کو رجسٹر ہوئی کیا وہ اس امداد کے لئے اہل ہیں تاہم مقامی میڈیا رپورٹس میں ذرائع کے حوالے سے بتایا گیا ہے کہ ایسی کمپنیاں امداد لینے کی اہل ہوں گی تاہم ان کے لئے دیگر شرائط لاگو کی جا سکتی ہیں۔
کمپنیوں اور آتونومو رکھنے والے افراد (فری لانسرز) کو امدادی رقم لینے کے دوران اور بعد میں بھی حکومتی شرائط پر عملدرآمد کرنا ہوگا امداد لینے کا سلسلہ بند کرنے کے بعد شرائط کی خلاف ورزی پر پہلے وصول کی جانے والی تمام رقم واپس کرنا پڑے گی اور حکومت کمپنیوں اور افراد پر جرمانہ بھی عائد کر سکتی ہے۔امدادی رقم کے لئے 21 جون بروز پیر سے 30 جون 2021 بروز بدھ سہ پہر تین بجے تک اپلائی کیا جاسکے گا۔ امید کی جارہی ہے کہ جولائی کے آخری ہفتے میں رقم منتقلی کا عمل شروع کردیا جائے گا۔
