غیر ملکی میڈیا رپورٹس کے مطابق روسی صدر ولادی میر پیوٹن نے اپنے ملک کی آبادی کو بڑھانے کے لیے انوکھی اسکیم کا اعلان کیا ہے جس کے تحت 10 یا اس سے زائد بچے جنم دینے والی خواتین کو سوویت یونین دور کے اعزازی خطاب ’مدر ہیروئن‘ دیا جائے گا۔
رپورٹ کے مطابق ایسی خواتین کو 16 ہزار ڈالرز سے زائد ( 34 لاکھ روپے سے زائد رقم) انعام میں بھی دی جائے گی۔رپورٹس کے مطابق روسی صدر کی جانب سے یہ اسکیم کورونا وبا کے دوران بچوں کی پیدائش کی شرح میں غیر معمولی کمی اور یوکرین جنگ میں ہزاروں روسی فوجیوں کی ہلاکت کے بعد سامنے آئی ہے۔
دوسری جانب اتنی بڑی رقم اور میڈل کو حاصل کرنے کیلئے خواتین کو کچھ شرائط پوری کرنا ہوں گی جن میں تمام 10 بچوں کا زندہ ہونا ضروری ہے۔اس کے علاوہ یہ رقم اس وقت ادا کی جائے گی جب خاتون کا دسواں بچہ ایک سال کا ہوجائے گا جبکہ ان تمام بچوں کی بہتر پرورش کرنا بھی ضروری ہے، جن میں بہتر تعلیم، صحت ، اخلاقیات وغیرہ شامل ہیں۔
