ڈیرہ غازی خان میں دینہ گینگ کا خوف، محمد ابراہیم کا خاندان گھر چھوڑنے پر مجبور
جنوبی پنجاب کے ضلع دیر غازی خان کے قبائلی علاقے تمن کھوسہ سے تعلق رکھنے والے اسلام آباد کے رہائشی اور سماجی کارکن جمال بلوچ نے کہا ہے کہ دینہ گینگ کے نام سے مشہور ملزم دین محمد عرف دینہ جو خواتین اور بچیوں کے اغواء اور ریپ میں ملوث ہے محمد ابراہیم کے خاندان کو جان سے مارنے کی دھمکیاں دے رہا ہے جبکہ متاترہ خاندان اپنا علاقہ اور گھر چھوڑ کر دربدر کی خاک چھاننے پر مجبور ہیں۔
وجہ عناد یہ ہے کہ محمد ابراہیم کے بیٹے خدا بخش نے ملزم کے خاندان کی لڑکی سے کورٹ میرج کر لی ہے، وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب عثمان بزدار چیف جسٹس اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ واقعہ کا نوٹس لیتے ہوئے متاثرہ خاندان کو انساف دلوائیں، نیشنل پریس کلب اسلام آباد میں متاثرہ خاندان کے سربراہ محمد ابراہیم اور انکی اہلیہ حلیمہ بی بی کے ہمراہ پریس کانفرنس کرتے ہوئے جمال بلوچ کا کہنا تھا کہ محمد ابراہیم اور حلیمہ بی بی کے بیٹے نے تین ماہ قبل دین محمد عرف دینہ کے خاندان کی ایک لڑکی حنیفہ بی بی کیساتھ پسند کی شادی کی تھی جس کے رنج میں دین محمد عرف دینہ نے محمد ابراہیم کی اہلیہ اور خدابخش کی 65 سالہ والدہ کو اغواء کر لیا جسے چار دن بعد علاقے کے سرداروں نے اس شرط پر بازیاب کروایا کہ پسند کی شادی کرنے والی لڑکی حنیفہ بی بی کو اس کے خاندان کو واپس کر دیا جائیگا تاہم ٖلڑکی اپنے خاندان والوں کے پاس واپس جانے سے انکاری ہے۔
دین محمد نے دو بار محمد ابراہیم کے گھر پر اسحلہ سمیت حملہ کیا جس کے نتیجے میں دو افراد زخمی بھی ہوئے ہیں، انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ دین محمد عرف دینہ جرائم پیشہ ملزم ہے جو سوشل میڈیا پر اسلحے کی نمائش کرتا ہے اور اسحلہ لہراتے ہوئے اپنی تصاویر شیئر کرتا ہے، ملزم کیخلاف متعلقہ تھانے میں دو کمسن بچیوں اور خاتون کو اغواء کرکے جنسی زیادتی کرنے کی چار ایف آئی آر درج ہیں، ملزم دین محمد لادی گینگ کا سہولت کار ہے اور اسکی پشت پناہی مقامی وڈیرے کر رہے ہیں جسکی وجہ سے پولیس ملزم کو گرفتار کرنے سے ہچکچا رہی ہے، انہوں نے وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب عثمان بزدار، چیف جسٹس اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ اور انسانی حقوق کی تنظیموں سے اپیل کی ہے کہ وہ متاثرہ خاندان کو انصاف فراہم کریں کیونکہ انکی جانوں کو شدید خطرات لاحق ہیں۔
