اسلام آباد: پاکستان نے منی لانڈرنگ اور دہشتگردوں کی مالی معاونت روکنے کیلئے رفاہی تنظیموں کی سرگرمیوں کو محدود کر دیا ہے، انسداد دہشتگردی کے قومی ادارے نیکٹا اور سیکورٹی ایکسچینج کمیشن آف پاکستان نے ‘نان پرافٹ آرگنائزیشنز’ کے لئے نیا ہدایت نامہ جاری کیا ہے۔
جس کے مطابق رفاہی و فلاحی کام کرنے والی تنظیموں کی مسلسل نگرانی کی جائے گی۔ ایسی تنظیموں یا اداروں کو سرحدی علاقوں، حساس اور مخصوص مقامات پر کام کرنے کی اجازت نہیں ہوگی۔
غیر منافع بخش تنظیموں اور اداروں کو کسی بھی مبہم کام یا منصوبے کی اجازت نہیں ہوگی۔ اپنی سرگرمیوں سے متعلق متعلقہ اداروں کے ذریعے وزارت داخلہ کو آگاہی لازمی ہے۔ رفاہی و فلاحی اداروں کو اپنی آمدن کے ذرائع اور ملازمین کی تفصیلات بھی فراہم کرنا ہوں گی۔
غیرمنافع بخش اداروں ، رفاعی تنظیموں کے لئے مالی احتساب اور اپنے تمام امور میں شفافیت لازمی قرار دی گئی ہے۔
