امریکا نے سعودی صحافی جمال خاشقجی کے قتل کے حوالے سے خفیہ انٹیلی جنس رپورٹ جاری کردی
امریکا کی جانب سے جاری خفیہ رپورٹ 2 سال پرانی ہے جس میں کہا گیا ہے کہ امریکی انٹیلی جنس اس نتیجے پر پہنچی ہے کہ سعودی ولی عہد شہزادہ محمد بن سلمان نے صحافی جمال خاشقجی کو پکڑنے یا قتل کرنے کیلئے ترکی کے شہر استنبول میں آپریشن کی منظوری دی۔رپورٹ میں مزید کہا گیا ہے کہ 2017 کے بعد سے محمد بن سلمان نے سعودی عرب کی سیکیورٹی اور انٹیلی جنس آپریشنز پر مکمل طور پر کنٹرول حاصل کرلیا تھا جس کی وجہ سے یہ ممکن نہیں کہ سعودی حکام نے اس نوعیت کا آپریشن سعودی ولی عہد کی منظوری کے بغیر کیا ہو۔
رپورٹ میں اس 15 رکنی اسکواڈ کا نام بھی ظاہر کیا گیا ہے جو استنبول گیا تھا اور کہا گیا ہے کہ قوی امکان ہے کہ اسی اسکواڈ نے خاشقجی کی ہلاکت میں حصہ لیا۔رپورٹ میں یہ بھی کہا گیا ہے کہ یہ واضح نہیں کہ مذکورہ اسکواڈ کو پہلے سے معلوم تھا یا نہیں کہ آپریشن کا نتیجہ خاشقجی کی موت کی صورت میں نکلے گا۔رپورٹ کے مطابق سعودی ولی عہد شہزادہ محمد بن سلمان خاشقجی کو مملکت کیلئے خطرہ تصور کرتے تھے اور انہیں خاموش کرانے کیلئے ضرورت پڑنے پر پرتشدد طریقے استعمال کرنے کے بھی حق میں تھے۔
جمال خاشقجی کو استنبول کے سعودی قونصل خانے میں یہ کہہ کر بلایا گیا تھا کہ وہ اپنی شادی سے متعلق کاغذی کارروائی یہاں مکمل کرسکتے ہیں۔
